Clause 01

Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions apply to the website, mobile experience, casino games, live dealer products, sportsbook markets, promotions, payment tools, and customer support services made available by apkkiss. References to the “platform” include all such services unless the context requires otherwise.

Your continued use of apkkiss constitutes acceptance of the version of these terms displayed when you access or use the platform. Clause 03

Account Eligibility

You may create and use an account only if you are at least 21 years old, possess full legal capacity, and are legally permitted to participate in online gambling in your location. The minimum age requirement applies even if a lower age may be recognised elsewhere.

You must not use apkkiss if you are self-excluded, acting for another person, located where access is prohibited, employed by the platform or a relevant game supplier in a role creating a conflict, or attempting to conceal your identity or location. Players in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and elsewhere in Malaysia remain individually responsible for understanding applicable local legal obligations.

apkkiss may request proof of age, identity, residential address, payment ownership, source of funds, or source of wealth. Failure to provide satisfactory documents may result in account restrictions, delayed withdrawals, suspension, or closure.

Clause 04

Registration and Account Security

Registration information must be complete, current, and accurate. You may maintain only one account unless apkkiss has provided prior written approval. Duplicate, shared, transferred, or fictitious accounts are prohibited and may be closed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, security questions, and verification codes. You must not permit another person to access your account. Any suspected unauthorised use should be reported promptly using the plain-text support address displayed below.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your credentials until apkkiss has received and acted upon a credible security report. The platform may require a password reset, additional KYC checks, or a temporary account lock where unusual activity is detected.

Clause 05

Deposits, Balances, and Withdrawals

Deposits may be available in MYR through supported channels such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. Availability, minimum amounts, processing times, and transaction limits may vary by account, provider, and verification status.

The account is not a bank account, savings product, or payment wallet. No interest accrues on balances. Deposits should be made for genuine recreational wagering and not for transferring money between payment methods. apkkiss may request that withdrawals be returned through the original deposit channel where practical.

A withdrawal may be delayed while identity, payment ownership, gameplay, bonus compliance, fraud, anti-money laundering, or security checks are completed. Estimated processing times are not guarantees. Incorrect bank details, provider outages, public holidays, and third-party reviews may also affect settlement.

Clause 06

Wagers, Odds, and Game Results

You must review all selections, stakes, odds, handicaps, potential returns, and relevant market rules before confirming a wager. Once accepted, a wager cannot normally be cancelled or amended merely because you changed your mind or made an input error.

Sports markets may include EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, live football, esports, and international competitions. Settlement is based on the official result or the result supplied by the platform's recognised data source. Specific market rules may govern abandoned events, postponed fixtures, dead heats, player substitutions, extra time, and technical interruptions.

Casino and live dealer results are determined by the applicable game system, certified random number generator, or live table procedure. Where a display, communication, pricing, odds, or settlement error is clear and material, apkkiss may void the affected wager or correct the settlement to the result that should reasonably have applied.

Clause 07

Bonuses and Promotions

Every bonus is governed by these Terms & Conditions and any promotion-specific rules shown when the offer is presented. Such rules may include a minimum deposit, wagering requirement, eligible games, maximum stake, maximum conversion, expiry period, payment exclusions, or restricted betting patterns.

Players must review the relevant conditions before accepting a promotion. Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonuses are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged directly for cash, and are limited to one qualifying claim per player, household, device, payment method, or shared network.

Bonus abuse includes coordinated claims, duplicate accounts, opposite betting, low-risk hedging designed solely to clear wagering, delayed game manipulation, or any strategy that defeats the intended recreational purpose of an offer. Where reasonable evidence of abuse exists, apkkiss may remove bonus credit, void bonus-derived winnings, restrict promotions, or close related accounts.

Clause 08

Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

You must not:

• use false, stolen, altered, or misleading identity or payment information;
• access another person's account or allow another person to use yours;
• use automated software, bots, scripts, scraping tools, or unauthorised assistance;
• collude with other players or manipulate a market, game, promotion, or payment process;
• exploit a technical fault, erroneous odds, delayed feed, or obvious pricing mistake;
• attempt chargeback fraud, money laundering, payment cycling, or unlawful financial activity;
• harass support agents, dealers, other players, or service providers; or
• interfere with the security, stability, availability, or proper operation of apkkiss.

A player who becomes aware of an apparent fault or incorrect credit must stop using the affected feature and notify support. Funds or winnings produced through prohibited conduct or a known technical error may be withheld or removed following a reasonable investigation.

Clause 09

Verification and Compliance Reviews

apkkiss may conduct verification before or after registration, deposit, bonus use, gameplay, or withdrawal. Requested documents may include a government-issued identity document, recent proof of address, payment ownership evidence, a photograph or live verification check, and information explaining the legitimate source of funds.

Documents must be genuine, legible, unaltered, and supplied within the stated period. Information is handled according to the Privacy Policy. The platform may restrict access while checks are pending and may report activity where required under applicable international compliance obligations.

Clause 10

Responsible Gambling

Account controls may include deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. A request for a stricter limit or self-exclusion will be applied in accordance with the relevant responsible gambling procedure. You must not attempt to bypass a restriction by creating another account or using another person's details.

During self-exclusion, the player must not deposit, place wagers, or claim promotions. apkkiss will take reasonable steps to block detected access, but the player also remains responsible for avoiding the platform and protecting account credentials. Clause 11

Suspension, Closure, and Dormant Accounts

You may request account closure through support. Closure remains subject to the settlement of valid wagers, completion of necessary verification, and resolution of any outstanding balance, dispute, security issue, or regulatory review.

apkkiss may suspend, restrict, or close an account where there is a reasonable concern regarding age, identity, duplicate accounts, payment ownership, prohibited conduct, bonus abuse, security, legal compliance, self-exclusion, or breach of these terms. Where appropriate, the platform may void affected transactions or withhold disputed funds pending investigation.

Accounts with no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for an extended period may be treated as dormant. Any applicable dormant-account process will be communicated before a fee or restriction is imposed, subject to applicable requirements.

Clause 12

Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

apkkiss aims to maintain stable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, internet disruption, device failure, telecom faults, payment provider outages, live data delays, supplier downtime, or events beyond reasonable control may interrupt service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, apkkiss is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from platform use, interrupted access, reliance on betting information, device incompatibility, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, reliable internet connection, accurate account details, and secure access credentials. Displayed statistics, previews, form guides, and betting commentary are informational only and do not constitute financial advice or a guarantee of success.

Clause 13

Privacy, Communications, and Records

Personal data may be processed to create and administer accounts, verify identity and age, handle MYR transactions, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, provide support, and maintain responsible gambling controls. Further details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Operational communications concerning account security, transactions, material term changes, or safer gambling may be sent even where promotional messaging has been declined. Clause 14

Changes, Interpretation, and Contact
